Our client based in Prince George is currently looking for a Temporary Shared Service Administrator to assist in overseeing the service process and managing time entry within the service department. You will play a crucial part in their operations by supporting their customer service advisors. This position will begin as temporary for 3-6 months but has a high potentiality to become permanent for the right candidate! Advantages • $25/hour • Temporary 3-6 months, with high potentiality to become permanent • Monday to Friday • Reputable company to work with • Weekly Pay • 4% Vacation paid weekly Responsibilities • Ensure precise daily time entry for hourly employees within the service department • Assist Customer Service Advisors in overseeing service processes and communicating with customers • Initiate Maintenance Customer Orders • Compile and dispatch invoices to customers upon completion of work • Ensuring precise and timely coding of accounts payable, expense reports, time-sheet entries, attendance, and vacation time records • Ensuring accurate and punctual submission of national safety code logs• Facilitating the Service work-in-progress process and identifying aging work orders • Vigilantly monitoring near misses and promptly reporting incidents within the branch Qualifications • Post-secondary education in office administration, business, or a related discipline is highly advantageous • Exceptional proficiency in computer skills is mandatory • Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to excel with minimal supervision are essential • Profound organizational abilities, adept prioritization, and excellent time management skills are imperative • Superior verbal and written communication skills are a necessity
