He is looking for an experienced home. He loves to spend time with people. He does have separation anxiety and is very vocal when left alone. He would do best in a home where he will only be alone for short periods of time. He loves to go for walks and play fetch. He is equally happy to just hang out relaxing chewing on a toy or snacking on a kong. He is working on his manners and general obedience. He pulls on leash, tries to chases cars and when excited he jumps up. As with his breed Boomer can be a stubborn and bossy. He is not compatible with children and is wary of strangers. He'll need a home with: no kids no cats or small animals experience with active dogs experience with dogs who are excitable active guardians who want a physically fit and active dog (no prolonged high intensity exercise due to his breed) **We often receive many applications for an available animal.
