Brandt is seeking an individual to fill the position of Director of Sales - Construction Positioning. This position will be responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability in all areas of the Machine Control Market. This position will be based out of our Edmonton Branch. Major Responsibilities: * Achieving Sales goals for the long-term success of the PTD business across the Company. * Providing feedback and input to both Brandt and Topcon into future opportunities and competitive pressures. * Develop and execute effective sales and marketing programs and advertising initiatives to drive sales growth. * Provide a focused approach to Machine Control sales - sales techniques, proposals, training, demonstrations, customer events * Develop multi-level selling processes with end users and understand unique market challenges.
