Gumbo - Domestic Short Hair Cat

Despite his large size, Gumbo is a big softie who is sensitive to changes in environment sometimes. He likes to have a predictable living space with lots of comfy spots to relax in. Gumbo enjoys getting attention but does need a little bit of time to get to know someone first, as he can be shy when meeting strangers. But once he is comfortable he enjoys chin scratches and belly rubs. This gentle soul wouldn't mind a kitty companion, so long as they are as sweet and laid back as he is. A home without dogs or small children would also be best. Gumbo is not an overly active fellow, though he would benefit from some more activity and a diet, as he has a bit of chunk to him.
