Bruno - Alaskan Malamute Dog

Shelter: BC SPCA - North Cariboo District Branch Animal ID: 563631 Birthdate: January 19, 2019 - Adult Spayed/Neutered: No Male Bruno is ready to find a home that will play with him and spoil him with love! Bruno came to us with 9 other dogs, and is really showing us his personality. This sweet boy was previously an outdoor dog, but is really loving the indoors and all the benefits that come with it! Bruno is one of the more playful and friendly dogs. He's very adaptable, and great with new environments and situations. He's unaware of how big he is, and would do great with older kids to keep him busy and play fetch! Bruno would do best in a home with a gentle and calm female dog, or as an independent center of attention! Bruno is friendly with one of his brothers, Charlie, and they would be alright in a home together. Neither have shown an immense emotional attachment to each other, and just live for human affection! We have not tested Bruno with cats, and cannot predict how he would be in a home with smaller animals. Due to this, we are recommending a pro-dog home with larger animals only. His forever home will need to understand the needs of his coat, as he is a thick-coated breed that needs brushing and grooming! Bruno loves being groomed, and will lay there while you brush him all the way around. Bruno knows some great manners, like sit, stay, come and speak. He is doing great with learning manners for indoor/outdoor elimination, but will need someone to help coach him! Do you think you could be Bruno's person? Here are some ways to find out: 1.
