Key Responsibilities * Member Servicing: Lead by example, inspiring team members to excel. * 2 . Service & Sales: Partner with Insurance Team Leads and Managers to refine practices and stay ahead in the market. * Products & Services Knowledge : Champion expertise in insurance offerings, guiding clients through tailored solutions. * 4 . Support & Back-Up : Ensure security protocols, nurture talent through coaching, and streamline operations. * Leadership & Teamwork : Exemplify professionalism, fostering cohesion and motivation within the team. Qualifications * Minimum 2-3 years of Industry experience in Insurance preferred. * Current Level 2 or 3 Insurance License. * CAIB 4 designation or industry equivalent experience. * Proficiency in all levels of insurance.
