Position: Casual Support Worker Relief / Casual employees are employed on an 'on-call' basis to cover the absences of a regular employee or augment staff during peak periods. Casual employees are expected to maintain current contact information with the employer. Using a respectful person-served-centered team approach; the Casual Employee provides care, guidance, and support to people who have a developmental disability, acquired brain injury, FASD, behavioral challenges, mental health issues, autism spectrum disorder, or other diagnoses.
